Camp Hoblitzelle is an overnight camp owned and operated by The Salvation Army. We focus in creating community, developing important core values and being empowered by the hope of Christ. We offer a number of camps for different age groups and experiences that your child can be a part of.

Base Camps

Ages 7 - 14; minimum age of 7 or entering 2nd grade

Our Overnight Camp sessions span Monday through Saturday, delivering an exhilarating overnight adventure tailored for 7-14 year olds each week. Our age-specific programming ensures engaging recreation and tailored instruction year after year. Each day brims with exciting activities, Bible teachings, and thrilling outdoor adventures.

Base Camp 1 ->  June 10 - 15

Base Camp 2 ->  June 24 - 29

Base Camp 3 ->  July 1 - 6 

Base Camp 4 -> July 8 - 13

Jr. Conservatory |

June 10 - 15

Ages 7 - 11; minimum age of 7 or entering 2nd grade

Junior Conservatory is a week-long program designed campers aged 7-11. This week is full of intensive arts training with a focus on using talents for worship. Activities include brass band sessions and camp musicals, culminating in a performance at the end of the week. If you're affiliated with the Salvation Army, please contact your local Corps to register. For those outside this affiliation, please email us for further details.

Sr. Conservatory |

June 17 - July 13

Ages 12 - 17; minimum age of 12 or entering 7th grade

Our Senior Conservatory is a three week intensive program to train young people in the arts with a focus on using talents for worship. Sr. Conservatory features seven majors that focus on elements of worship: Brass, Percussion, Guitar, Piano, Dance and more. Each day is filled with music electives, Bible study, recreational time and student recitals. TYMI | June 17 - 22

Ages 7 - 17; minimum age of 7

or entering 2nd grade

TYMI is a great option for those new to Salvation Army or new to music camp. Campers will not only enjoy music and art classes but will be able to experience all Hoblitzelle has to offer. First timers will have the chance to try new things from instrumental choices to learning dance routines. We also offer an Outdoor Education major for those not interested in music but who will still gain exposure to the arts. TYMI is filled with fun and new experiences.

Teen Camp | July 15 - 20

Ages 13 - 17 

Inspired and empowered our teens learn to work together and try new skills, while discovering something new about themselves. Campers will experience a packed week of camp activities such as swimming, challenge course, action archery, teams games, and our crazy fun night events! We invite teens to escape from the normal, hang out with new friends, be mentored by college students and spend a week away in a faith based community where we encourage to develop confidence, discernment, solidify their beliefs and dig deep in Bible study.
